Welcoming staff, recently renovated and new-fashioned rooms with a king bed and great views, as example. Clearly a wonderful hotel in a great and incredible location to the Big 12 Tournament.

It offered us fantastic location really close to downtown restaurants and bars, many KC attractions, and all the excitement downtown.

It was a fine, modern hotel with very helpful staff. I had the a double room which was fashionable and updated. This was my second real good stay here and I would come here again.

The location was great, really close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment and the Crossroads District. The room was newly renovated with with great views and large bathroom and a king bed, had good night sleep.

Honestly no complaints. Modern hotel, excellent staff in a friendly manner that accomodated everyone, everything was nice. Fairly good room with large bathroom, amazingly comfortable beds, great views. Incredible location, a short walk to Crossroads district. Nestled a short walk to restaurants and bars. Private parking on site provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Comfortable bedding, clean rooms, accommodating staff, friendly valet, good water pressure.

Updated and large units with a king bed...

The room was brand-new, and the bed was comfy, I greatly enjoyed it. The large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

The rooms were reasonably large and newly remodelled, reasonably priced, with great views, large bathroom and a king bed. Its wonderful, central location was a plus.

We had an amazing stay at Courtyard! The valet parking staff exceeded our expectations by assisting us with unloading our belongings and bringing everything up to our room in just one trip. They were efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond. The room itself was sparkling clean. Even though the fridge was small, the valet staff made up for it. Terry and Anthony were especially wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

Great and incredible setting and restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Loved downtown area. Very very helpful staff from the general manager Kurt to Reban, fashionable and neat room. The GREAT view of the city.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Fairly good room, large bathroom. Plenty of great food. Location right by bars and restaurants downtown as well as many restaurants and shops. Fast check-in, extremely friendly employees.

The room is brand-new and reasonably large and with central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. Its location is incredible, a short walk to Crossroads district. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are a short walk to the hotel.

This is a trendy boutique overall clean hotel providing large and recently refurbished rooms. The room is reasonably priced. The point is the city view was an unexpected bonus.
